You're in control right up until you confirm. Here's what you can change, and when.

Change anything. Swap items, fix a size, change the spot, or start over. Just tell Layout what to update and it shows you a new preview. Nothing is ordered or charged yet.

Once you confirm, the order goes straight to the restaurant and is final. Layout can't cancel it after that, the same as if you ordered at the counter yourself.

So it's worth a quick look at the preview before you say yes. Check the items, the pickup spot, and the total.

If the order you got doesn't match what you confirmed, you may be able to get a refund. See How refunds work.
