Layout orders food and coffee for you at almost any restaurant, cafe, or coffee shop. You just say what you want. No forms, no menus to scroll, no buttons to tap. You say it, Layout orders it, and you pick it up.
How it works
Ordering is just a conversation. You say what you want, and Layout does the rest.
You ask. Say something like "a grande oat milk latte from the Starbucks on 5th," or just "my usual from Chipotle."
Layout finds it. It pulls up the spot's current menu, with real items and up to date prices.
Layout builds your order. It adds the exact items, sizes, and options you asked for, plus any preferences you saved.
You confirm. Layout shows you the full order and total first. Nothing happens until you say yes.
You pick it up. Layout places and pays for the order. You just grab it at the counter.
Why it's different
Order by name. Almost any restaurant, cafe, or coffee shop works, even if they never partnered with Layout.
It's just text. No app full of menus to click through. Ask the way you'd text a friend.
It remembers you. Save your diet needs, favorites, and usual orders once. Layout uses them every time.
You stay in control. Nothing gets ordered or charged until you confirm.
Where you can use it
Layout works right inside the app or assistant you already use. It's live in the Layout iOS app, over text message, in Claude, and in Poke, with ChatGPT, Grok, and Gemini on the way. The current list is always at layout.link/connectors.
What Layout doesn't do yet
Layout is pickup only. There's no delivery, no scheduling an order for later, no tip added for you, no promo codes, and it won't sign in to your loyalty account. When those arrive, layout.link/connectors and this help center will say so.
